Chocolate Pecan Pie Bars

  • 1 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into pieces
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons cold water

Takes , serves 32.

  1. In medium bowl, mix flour, sugar and salt. Cut in butter, using pastry blender or fork, until particles are size of small peas. Sprinkle with water, 1 tablespoon at a time, tossing with fork until all flour is moistened and pastry almost leaves side of bowl (1 to 2 teaspoons more water can be added if necessary).
